Carlsbad Family Beach Photographer
Sweet little Ana came all the way to Carlsbad from Michigan. Not only to have beach photographs taken, but for a trip of a lifetime! About a year ago Ana was hit by a car and life-flighted to the nearest hospital. Ana suffered from traumatic brain injury among other complications. All things considered, Ana made a full recovery. Her family came to Carlsbad to celebrate Ana and her accomplishments. The love felt for sweet little Ana during her shoot was something I will never forget. The moments were so tender and you could tell mom was soaking in every moment. Truly grateful for her daughter’s recovery and a second chance, it was gentle reminder how fragile life really is. Here is a family who will never take anything for granted again.
The Hill family was on the most ambitious week of California sightseeing that you can imagine- Los Angeles, Carlsbad, Disneyland, Universal Studios, and San Francisco. I was tired just hearing about their itinerary. To top it off, mom started nursing school the very next day she returned from vacation.
